On arrival day, your room will be available for check-in after 2 p.m. Please check out of your room on departure day by no later than 10 a.m.

In front of the hotel, you will find parking spaces as well as carports for your vehicle including motorbikes.

Unwind in our own wellness area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. A tanning bed as well as fresh-water hot tub are also available to you for an additional charge. In summer, in front of the hotel you will find a swimming lake as well as a small lawn for sunbathing.

In winter, we will help you recharge your batteries with our hearty skiers’ snacks (until the end of winter season) with different variations, including bread rolls, goulash soup, sausage salad, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more (3 to 5 p.m.).

If you wish to book half-board, dinner is served at the neighboring Gutshof daily (except 31.12.2016). You can decide day-by-day whether you wish to take advantage of this offer. Payment is made at the Gutshof itself.

We are happy to provide cribs/cots for the youngsters. Charge: € 8 per night.

Our hotel is located close to the “achterjet” gondola lifts and the piste. You can reach the valley station either on foot or on skis. You are also just a few minutes’ walk from the Tauernloipe cross-country ski trail. Set out on hikes or mountain-bike tours from right here at our Hotel Garni.

Hotel Santa Barbara is a non-smoking establishment. Smokers are welcome to enjoy their cigarette outdoors or on the balcony.

At Hotel Garni Santa Barbara, no pets are allowed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

When you stay at least 2 nights, you will receive the Flachau Summer Card at Hotel Garni Santa Barbara free of charge. Take advantage of the many free offers, participation in the activity program, as well as numerous discounts.

Our room rates do not include local tourism taxes (€ 2.00 per person ages 15 and up/night).

Discounts only apply when staying in parents’ room:

• under age 2: free (crib/cot not included)
• ages 3-14: 50 %

• up to 3 nights: € 5 per person/night

Surcharge for single occupancy in a double room: € 25,– bis 35,– per night.

The deposit is € 200,– per room. Your booking is only guaranteed when the deposit has been transferred to our account.

The remaining amount can be paid on-site either in cash, with your EC-, MasterCard or bank card.

If you have booked a package stay including a ski pass, you must settle your bill upon arrival.

A booking is also a contract for purchase. In the event of cancellation, delayed arrival or premature departure, you will incur cancellation charges. For this reason, we recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance, for example from Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The Party may rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the Guest without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.

Outside the period specified as stated above, the Party may only rescind the Accommodation Agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:

• 40% of the total agreed price by 4 weeks before the date of arrival
• 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival
• 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival

Our cancellation conditions comply with those established by the Austrian hotel industry. In case of early departure or cancellation we will charge the booked services as stated above.
